Shredded Chicken rolled in Corn Tortillas covered with Mole Sauce (made of Mild Chiles, Spices, Onions and Mexican Chocolate). Served with Rice and Refried Beans.
CHICKEN OR BEEF ALAMBRE
Seasoned strips of Chicken Breast or Steak Sautéed with White Onions, Poblano Chile strips and Bacon Strips. Topped with melted Jack Cheese. Served with Mexican Rice and Beans. Tortillas of Choice.
CARNITAS PLATE
