Grilled Chicken Breast on a Bed of Romaine Lettuce and Slices of Avocado, with Choice of Dressing.
MOLE VERDE ENCHILADAS
Shredded Chicken rolled in Corn Tortillas covered with Mole Sauce. Green Mole is made with tomatillo, onion, cilantro and Jalapeno chilies and masa. Served with white rice and black beans.
CARNITAS PLATE
Pieces of Pork simmered in Herbs, Onions and Garlic to make them meltingly tender, then browned until irresistibly crisp. Chunks of Pork are served with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo and Tortillas.
