The Mexican Village Restaurant menu stems from family recipes passed down over 2 generation inspired by Abel Sr., Dona Maria, and their ancestors. These authentic mouthwatering dishes are a combination of Mom’s, Tios’, Abuela’s, and Chef Rivero’s family inspirations that truly create a traditional Mexican cuisine.

Chef Jesus Rivero is from Mexico City where he has been inspired by flavors of Mexico’s deep and rich historic past that intersect with our present time and transcend into the future for a culinary experience that brings warmth and comfort to the soul and bring you back for more.

Strips of Chicken sautéed with mild Chiles and Vegetables.  Topped with Ranchera Sauce.

Served with Corn or Flour Tortillas.

 ENCHILADAS- Your Choice

Two Corn Tortillas stuffed with Cheese, Spinach, Pulled Beef or Pulled Chicken. Topped with Salsa Ranchera

Seasoned Strips of Chicken  Sautéed in a Green Mole Salsa made with Tomatillos, Chile Poblano and Cilantro.

Served with Corn or Flour Tortillas.

SHRIMP ENCHILADAS

Two Corn Tortillas stuffed with Shrimp topped with Mild Ranchera Sauce and Jack Cheese.  Guacamole and Sour Cream on the side.

CAMARONES AL TEQUILA

Large Shrimps sautéed in Garlic and Tequila.  Then added to a sauce made with Onions, Tomatoes, Lime juice and cilantro.  Served with Rice and Fresh Vegetables.

POLLO ALA POBLANA (mild)

Salsa made with Sliced and Seeded Roasted Poblano Chiles, While Onions, Garlic, Herbs and Cream served over Chicken Breast.  Topped with Cilantro.  Served with Rice and Fresh Vegetables.

CARNE ASADA

Charbroiled Marinated Steak with a Cheese Enchilada, Guacamole and Sour Cream. Served with Mexican Rice, Refried Beans and tortillas.
