TUESDAY – MARCH 10TH, 2020

CHILE VERDE ENCHILADAS
Chicken with Salsa made of Tomatillos (Green Tomatoes), Mild Chiles, White Onions and Cilantro Salsa rolled in Corn Tortillas. Topped with Salsa and Cheese. Served with Rice & Refried Beans.
MACHACA CON HUEVO
Browned Shredded Beef with or without scrambled Eggs. Served with Mexican Rice, Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo and Tortillas of choice.
CARNITAS PLATE
Pieces of Pork simmered in Herbs, Onions and Garlic to make them melting tender, then browned until irresistibly crisp. Chunks of Pork are served with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo and Tortillas.
GRILLED SALMON – $14.50
Grilled Seasoned Salmon served with Rice and Fresh Seasonal Vegetables.

MOLE POBLANO CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Shredded Chicken rolled in Corn Tortillas covered with Mole Sauce (made of Mild Chiles, Spices, Onions and Mexican Chocolate). Served with Rice and Refried Beans.
SOPES COMBO -$10.25
Pancake style Tortilla dough filled with Beans, Meat, Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, and Cheese. One with Shredded Chicken and other with Shredded Beef.

Traditional Peruvian dish, similar to Fajitas. Seasoned Steak sautéed, cooked with onions, tomatoes and French Fries
Served with white rice.

Flour Tortilla stuffed with Refried Beans and tender Chunks of Beef simmered in mild Red Chile Sauce. Topped with Red Sauce and Jack Cheese. Served with Rice and Beans.
